Which types of personal data/ information do we process?

In the context of applying for employment, applicant data is collected and processed which is necessary for the effective and correct processing of the application process. Specifically, this includes: personal data (e.g. name, address, and other contact details), information on school and vocational training as well as studies and the respective degrees, professional experience, audiovisual data as well as other data comparable to the aforementioned categories.

How do we collect your data?

We process personal data that you provide by using our website. We also process data that you provide when you contact us.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to protect your personal data we process from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. The personal data is stored on secure servers behind firewalls, using SSL technology.

How we use information that is not personally identifiable

USE OF YOUTUBE

Our website uses YouTube plugins. YouTube is an internet video site that allows video publishers to upload video clips free of charge and allows other users to view, rate and comment video clips free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why users can access full-length movies and TV shows as well as music videos, film trailers or videos created by users.

The provider of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is an affiliate of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Whenever you visit one of the subpages of our website that includes a YouTube video, the YouTube plugin automatically causes your browser to download a video stream from YouTube. For more information on YouTube, refer to https://policies.google.com/privacy. When you watch a YouTube video on our website, YouTube and Google will receive the information which subpage of our website you have visited.

If you are logged on to your YouTube account at the same time that you visit a subpage containing a YouTube video, YouTube will receive the information which subpage of our website you have visited, and associate this information with your YouTube account. This information is collected by YouTube and Google.

The YouTube plugin informs YouTube and Google about your visit to our website whenever you are logged on to your YouTube account at the same time. This happens independently of whether you click on a YouTube video on our website. If you do not want YouTube and Google to associate browsing information with your YouTube account, you have to log out from your YouTube account before visiting our website.

Why and on what grounds do we process your data?

There are several different reasons for us to process your personal data, e.g.:

Who gets access to your data (disclosure of your data)?

Within our company, your data is made accessible to the departments that need it to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.

Additionally, external service providers instructed by us (external processors) and vicarious agents get access to the data when they deliver services to our company (e.g. IT-services).

How long is your data stored?

We process and store your personal data as long as the purpose for collecting the data has not been completed. Any data not required anymore is deleted at regular intervals unless we need to continue processing it to fulfill legal requirements. We need to comply with compulsory record-keeping periods based in commercial and fiscal law, and we need to comply with the regulations for the conservation of legal evidence.

If we learn that any personal data from a child under 18 has been collected, we will delete the data as soon as possible.

Your rights
